Once your estimate is built you can create a schedule of unit rates. These can be created by pre-built assemblies used in the estimate or by adding individual items to create a new rate. Whichever way you choose you can quickly and easily build your list

Flexible pricing options
Once the unit rates have been added to your list you can set the add or remove price using a %markup or by setting a fixed price. Either way the rate can be set and supplied to the client. Using the fixed rate allows you to round up or round down to a price you are happy to supply the client.
