Allowances can easily be forgotten. These are allowances paid to an employee that are not automatically recouped against a job. Do you pay allowances such as accommodation for remote work, agreed day rates for being onsite, tool allowance, travel etc. Any allowance that is not covered by billing to a job or has not been added to your overhead recovery dollars needs to be considered.
