MyPowerPac Delivery & Refund Policy
MyPowerPac operates through a user login system. Users can create new companies, or be assigned licences by an existing MyPowerPac admin user. All licences purchased, be it new company licences or additional users for an existing company licence, are available for use immediately on payment.
MyPowerPac is purchased on a subscription basis. When purchasing MyPowerPac, you agree and understand that you are authorising recurring payment, and that Spearhead Software will charge you using the payment information you have provided at the requested interval (e.g. monthly or annually), until the subscription is deactivated by either yourself or Spearhead Software. Charges will be placed on the day of renewal. The payment information provided to Spearhead Software can be changed by the user at any time using licence settings. Spearhead Software reserves the right to suspend any accounts for non-payment.
Spearhead Software does not offer refunds for MyPowerPac purchases. Should a user wish to discontinue using the software and prevent future charges, they can deactivate their account using licence settings. Deactivated accounts remain viable until their subscription period ends, after which they can be reinstated by entering payment details.
Deactivated accounts that are not reinstated within a set timeframe will be removed and all data lost.
